"Broken Mary" is former radio personality Kevin Matthews’ story of his successful career, his struggle with MS, his awakening to the dignity of women, and, importantly, his chance encounter with a broken statue of Mary left next to a dumpster and all that happened as a result. This confession of the brokenness of mankind is touchingly honest, personally inspiring, and full of hope. Held at St. Bernadette Church, this event is free & open to all ages.
Come and experience the healing power of God's love through the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick. Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Tom McCarthy, OSA on Saturday, October 14 at 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Martyrs Church.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness month. We invite you to join us in a short candle walk on the steps of St. Bernadette Church as we keep the victims of abuse in our thoughts and prayers. (Rain date will be the following day, Oct. 19)
In December 2022, demolition began on our St. Bernadette School building. We are able to save a limited number of bricks that will allow alumni to own a small part of the school. In addition to giving you a permanent piece of St. Bernadette history, your brick will continue to impact the education of students in the parish as a portion of each brick sale will fund the St. Bernadette School Scholarship Program.
