ALL CATECHISTS, OFFICE AIDES, AND VOLUNTEERS WHO ARE 18 AND OLDER MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ARCHDIOCESE OF CHICAGO PROTECTING GOD'S CHILDREN POLICY. 

This includes completion of the Virtus course. Visit HERE to register for class and complete forms. [You will be required to download and PRINT forms to return to the Faith Formation Office.] Please note, Faith Formation volunteers should select St. Gianna Parish (Evergreen Park). 

Volunteers are required to complete a background check and read the accompanied documents [CANTS 22, Standards of Behavior, and Cants 689]. These can be found in the documents section below. Contact Tina with any questions! 

All volunteers for the Faith Formation Program must also complete Mandated Report Training. Please follow the link HERE and return a copy of your certificate to the Faith Formation office.
